This blog post is a user-submitted tutorial for people who would like to make the Resident Evil 4 game more difficult. Resident Evil 4 Trainer 1.0.0 is a cheat for Resident Evil 4 on the Playstation 2, which basically makes it easier to beat the game, and gives you infinite ammo and maxed out health. It also gives you all weapons from the start, as well as a bunch of other features that come in handy while playing through this action-packed survival horror game. The first version of this cheat (1.4) was made by "KingGouki" on February 23, 2005. It included: infinite ammo, infinite health, and infinite weapon slots for each weapon. Also included was a wall hack that made it possible to shoot through walls - the wall hack was fixed early on as it caused major problems (see "CONTROLS" below). The second version (1.4a) was made by "KingGouki" on February 25, 2005. This version fixed the wall hack and instead of having infinite ammo and health, it simply had the maximum health and ammo capacity (999). The third version (1.5) was made by "KingGouki" on February 27, 2005. This was identical to the previous one except for an added feature: A cheat menu can now be activated anytime during gameplay by holding L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and pressing Up, Down, Up, Down at the same time (while still holding those buttons press X or O). The fourth version (1. 6) was made by "KingGouki" on February 28, 2005. This version included a few fixes to the previous version: To activate the cheat menu, you still have to hold R1 + R2 and press up, down, up, down at the same time. You can now also exit the cheat menu by pressing L3 instead of Up, Down, Up, Down. Finally you can only exit the menu by pressing X or O. The fifth version (1.7) was made by "KingGouki" on March 1, 2005. This version added a few new fixes to the previous one: The cheat menu now supports only the X button to exit. When you are in the cheat menu, R1 + R2 now show the health bars. You can now set X and O to do anything you want! This can be very handy for people who want to bind things like "HP 999" or "MP 999" or "Weapon Select" etc. You can also change these buttons back if you so desire this by holding R1 + R2 and pressing Down, Down, Down, Down at the same time. The sixth version (2.0) was made by "KingGouki" on March 2, 2005. cfa1e77820
